These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Subconscious Academy’s website, web-based portal, mobile application, digital programs, audio tracks, AI tools, community spaces, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
1. Educational Purpose Only – Not Medical or Therapeutic Care
Subconscious Academy provides educational content related to subconscious performance, mindset development, identity work, and personal growth.
We are not licensed medical providers, psychologists, psychiatrists, therapists, or financial advisors.
Nothing contained in our Services constitutes:

Participation in any program, including The Rewire Method, is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.

2. Hypnosis & Guided Audio Disclaimer
Certain programs include guided visualization, hypnosis-style audio tracks, and subconscious exercises.
By using these materials, you agree:

- You will not use hypnosis or guided audio while driving, operating machinery, or engaging in activities requiring full attention.

3. AI Tools Disclaimer (Including Mesmer)
Subconscious Academy may provide AI-powered tools to support reflection and learning.
You acknowledge and agree:
- AI-generated responses are produced algorithmically.
- AI tools may contain inaccuracies or incomplete information.
- AI outputs are not professional advice.
- You are solely responsible for decisions made based on AI interactions.
We do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or specific results from AI-generated content.
4. No Guarantees / Earnings Disclaimer
We make no guarantees regarding:
- Business results
- Income generation
- Career advancement
- Emotional transformation
- Personal breakthroughs
Any testimonials represent individual experiences and are not promises of results.
Success depends on individual effort, circumstances, and factors outside our control.
5. Eligibility

7. Payments & Refunds
All payments are processed via third-party providers.
You agree:

- To be financially responsible for purchases made under your account.
Refund eligibility, if offered, will be stated clearly on the applicable sales page at the time of purchase.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise:
- Digital purchases are non-refundable.
- Access may be suspended for failed or disputed payments.

All materials provided through Subconscious Academy are the exclusive intellectual property of Subconscious Academy, LLC.

- Frameworks

- Branding
- Logos
- AI prompt structures
- Course content
- Community materials
You may not:
- Copy or reproduce materials
- Record or redistribute audio
- Share login credentials
- Create derivative works
- Resell or repurpose content
Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
9. Community Conduct
If you participate in community spaces, you agree to:
- Maintain respectful communication.
- Avoid harassment, hate speech, or harmful content.
- Maintain confidentiality of other members.
- Not promote external services without permission.
We reserve the right to remove content or terminate access at our sole discretion.
10. Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that personal development work may involve emotional reflection or psychological discomfort.

- Technical interruptions
- Third-party platform outages
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is discontinuation of use.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Subconscious Academy, LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Services
- Violation of these Terms
- Infringement of third-party rights
13. Third-Party Platforms
We use platforms such as Kajabi, ClickFunnels, Zoom, Stripe, and other providers.
We are not responsible for outages, data loss, or policy changes by third-party platforms.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Wyoming, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
